As we all know, Covid-19 has affected the postal services delivery times. Causing more package/mail delays and backups than we are used to. Please be patient during this time as these delays and backups are out of my control.
Orders are shipped M-W during the hotter months to ensure that no candle sits idle for long periods of time. Thank you for understanding and for your patience!
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return purchased items any time or an exchange or full refund (less shipping charges) subject to our Return Conditions. Items that are not defective must be returned in NEW (unopened, unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging. There are usually no restocking fees for the return of items meeting the above mentioned conditions providing they they do not fall under our Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.
For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. All charges related to the return of items to TCSR are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received was defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item. We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
If your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the lost or damaged items have been verified lost or damaged. Replacements will be shipped by using the shipping method that customer selected on the original order.
